To place an order online, click on "Add To Cart".
Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen to add the specific engraving information to finalize your order.
You will be asked to verify your entered engraving and bracelet size is correct be for your order is processed. Changes to verified orders for engraving mistakes and bracelet size not due to production error will be corrected at the customers expense. This is due to additional shipping fees and time to resize or in engraving problems an entirley new medical tag must be created. Pricing is as follows:

Sizing corrections..........$20.00

We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express & Discover. Federal, State, Facility and Foundation orders may be set up on Purchase Orders or credit terms for payment by check
Buying online is easy and secure. For every item, there will be an "Add to Shopping Cart" button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.
You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking Shopping Cart button in the tool bar. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. Please include your order number and name with all correspondences.

Order by Mail: You may print out your order form (shopping cart) and send it with payment in U.S. $ to our address below. If paying by check, please allow additional days for your order to ship. Money Orders will ship without delay.

Please contact us to set up Purchase Order request and revolving credit accounts for continual ordering.
Pay by check or money order payable to Appomattox Drug Store. You can mail your check or money order, along with a copy of your order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. Please note that currently we only accept money orders and checks denominated in U.S. dollars. Paying by check slows down your order since we don't ship the order to you until your funds clear.
